What is All India Quota (AIQ)?
15% of all government medical college seats are reserved under the All India Quota. These seats are filled through MCC counselling and are open to students from any state, regardless of domicile. AIQ is highly competitive because the entire country competes for the same seats.
What is State Quota?
85% of government college seats are filled through state quota counselling, conducted by the state’s own authority.
